Ich kann mir leider beim besten Willen nicht vorstellen, dass man damit etwas ändert.
Du kannst Dir bei jedem FOH anhand Deiner FIN / VIN die Liste aller Ausstattungscodes aushändigen lassen. Daraus sollte das verbaute Infotainmentsystem zweifelsfrei ermitteln lassen.

Mache Dich mit dem Gedanken vertraut, dass Du bei der Überhitzung Deine Kopfdichtung gegrillt hast.
Wird nicht günstig.
Das habe ich nach der Installation von Version 1.38.1 ebenfalls gemacht.
Resultat: eine Aufzeichnung am 19. Mai, seitdem Sendepause ...
Ich fahre derzeit 245/45 R19 102Y mit vorne 2,5 und hinten 2,3 bar.
Ergänzend hierzu:
Bei hohen Drücken spielen die von mir gefahrenen Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetrico 5 einen Riesenvorteil der Eagle F1 Familie aus: Sie haben eine gewisse Neigung zur Stuckerigkeit bei zu niedrigem Druck, bei höheren Drücken werden und bleiben sie Samtpfötchen.
Beispiel: Astra J ST 2.0 CDTI mit 235/45 R18 98Y Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetrico 2
vorne 2,3 hinten 2,2 --> fast unfahrbar
vorne 2,5 hinten 2,3 --> ok
vorne 2,7 hinten 2,5 --> komfortabler als mit niedrigerem Druck + sehr präzise
Mit einem Bridgestone oder einem Dunlop braucht man das nicht probieren, die nummerieren einem die Bandscheiben neu ...
So verspannt wie einige hier momentan wieder drauf sind
YMMD! 
Aber ich finde, die Beschleunigung könnte noch was besser sein.
Das ist aber nur subjektiv.
Vor dem Grandland X hatte ich einen (leichteren) Astra K ST 1.6T mit 200 PS.
Auf meiner Beschleunigungs-Teststrecke erreiche der Astra (wirklich ausgequetscht) maximal 95 km/h.
Mein Grandland X erreicht auf der gleichen Strecke 100 - 102 km/h und wirkt aber dabei wegen seiner akustischen Zurückhaltung deutlich "langsamer".
Das wirst Du kaum spüren. Die 10 mm hinten werden aber gut aussehen. (Und bitte vergesse bei der Abnahme der Spurverbreiterungen Deine Winterräder nicht.)
Vor der Montage von Spurverbreiterungen empfehle ich eine Adaption des Reifendrucks.

Dass sie mit dem Abschalten des Autos deaktiviert wird hat Opel Programmiert. Oder eben ein von Opel/PSA/Stellantis damit beauftragter Programmierer.
Das ist eher so ein Peugeot Ding.
Wie Wolfgang0511 schon geschrieben hat: Auch meine vorherigen Opels hatten dieses Phänomen nicht.
Und der Nutzen wird tatsächlich kontrovers diskutiert.
