Das App-Update wird aber nicht von Opel, sondern von Google verteilt. Hast du dich mit denen auch gezankt?

Bei dem Innovation Ausstatungspaket sollte ja auch der Notbremsassisten verfügbar sein.
Der Notbremsassistent hat mit dem Infotainment nichts zu tun und eine ganz andere Baustelle. Der braucht zumindest das Frontradar dazu.

Zum Tausch gehören alle Komponenten, also HMI und Displayeinheit und auch Verkabelung.
Ich persönlich halte das Vorhaben für wirtschaftlich uninteressant.

Meiner Einschätzung nach wäre eine Entschuldigung bei Methusalem fällig.

Bei mir startet die App über eine Bixby Routine (Samsung), sobald die Bluetooth Verbindung zum Grandland steht.
Das habe ich jetzt mal eingerichtet, vielleicht bleibt einem damit der manuelle Start der App vor Fahrtantritt erspart.
Ich hoffe die fummeln jetzt nicht wieder rum 🙈
Anfangs funktionierte die Fahrtaufzeichnung zu 95% ohne manuellen oder automatisierten App-Start.
Derzeit nur - und nicht zu 100% - nach manuellem App-Start vor Fahrtantritt.
Zwischen App-Start und Verbindung zum GLX darf man aber nichts anderes mit dem Smartphone machen (z.B. an einen Termin erinnert werden oder eine WhatsApp-Nachricht empfangen).
Also ich hoffe, dass die Entwickler noch kräftig "fummeln" - völlig unabhängig davon, ob sie dabei Spaß haben oder nicht.

leider hat mein Tablet einen zu kleinen Arbeitsspeicher für das Karten Update. Ich werde nach einer Lösung suchen.
Ich empfehle für das Procedere ausdrücklich einen PC / ein NB mit Windows 10/11 und die Verwendung der Opel Update App.
Es wurde das Update nur 16,0,0-r0 angeboten, ist das ok ?
